Customers must be available to receive deliveries during designated delivery windows. Payment is required at the time of order. We accept various digital payment methods. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method. All prices are listed in USD and may include applicable taxes. We do not offer subscription billing at this time. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
Deliveries are made only within approved zones in Los Angeles County. We do not guarantee exact delivery times, but we will aim to deliver within the selected delivery window. If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or absence of the recipient, we reserve the right to cancel the order without refund. Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. In rare circumstances, such as kitchen equipment failure or unexpected ingredient shortages, we may need to cancel an order and will issue a full refund in such cases. If you believe there was an error with your order, contact us within 24 hours.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BERRYGOODMORNINGLLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to food allergies, late deliveries, or service interruptions. All meals are prepared in a home kitchen environment that may process common allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, and wheat. Consumption is at your own discretion.
